These are: name and surname, e-mail address, telefone number, information about your apartment and information about your ownership of it.<\/p>\n<p><u>What is the reason?<\/u><\/p>\n<p>To process your offer of an apartment for rent. We will contact you using the details you provide to make further arrangements regarding our possible rental services.<\/p>\n<p><u>What is the legal basis?<\/u><\/p>\n<p>This data processing is conducted on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR &#8211; negotiating a contractor carving out pre-contractual measures at yourr equest.<\/p>\n<p><u>How long will the provided personal data be processed?<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Unless we establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 30 days from our last communication. We will continue to process the personal data to couly with our legal obligations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes).<\/p>\n<h4>II. WHO CAN ACCESS THE PERSONAL DATA?<\/h4>\n<p>Your data will remain with us. We only process personal data in the Czech Republic.<\/p>\n<h4>III.
