We operate the website https://najemniagentura.praha.eu/en/home. To provide our services and operate our website, we process some personal data.
The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”).
I. PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Processing of personal data when using the contact form
If you enquire about our services, we will work with the contact details you provide us mainly through the contact form. These are: name and surname, e-mail address, telefone number, information about your apartment and information about your ownership of it.
What is the reason?
To process your offer of an apartment for rent. We will contact you using the details you provide to make further arrangements regarding our possible rental services.
What is the legal basis?
This data processing is conducted on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – negotiating a contractor carving out pre-contractual measures at yourr equest.
How long will the provided personal data be processed?
Unless we establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 30 days from our last communication. We will continue to process the personal data to couly with our legal obligations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes).
II. WHO CAN ACCESS THE PERSONAL DATA?
Your data will remain with us. We only process personal data in the Czech Republic.

IV. YOUR RIGHTS IN RELATION TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The GDPR oves you the right to contact us at any time and regest informatik about chat personal data we process, to regest access to your personal data and have it updated or corrected, or to request a restriction on processing, to request a copy of the personal data we process, to regest that we delete your personal data in certain situations, and in certain cases you have the right to data portability. You can object to processing your personal data on the basis of legitimace interest.
If you believe that we are not handling your personal data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection or bring your claim before a respektive court.
These terms and conditions are effective from 1 January 2023.
